I've been learning and taking analog pictures for almost a year now. Started with a Konica C35 EF and now also with a Pentax K1000. This summer I used the Pentax a lot and tried to improve the quality because in the beginning everything was out of focus or with poor lighting. This last film roll I could save 32 out of 36 shots, which is a record.
I remember this day pretty well, I was going on a work trip to Oslo soon and wanted to practice shooting with the Pentax before traveling. We decided to hike to Grønevika which is one of my favourite places around Bergen.
On the same day, after we got home and after dinner, the sun started going down and created the most beautiful light of the year with the perfect clouds to created red contrasts in the sky.
The hotel we stayed in Oslo was actually pretty close to the Opera and the sun was shining. Ventured to the top of the Opera House where I took this photo of the seagull. I really like the one where tiny people are crossing the bridge, for some reason looks like a strange perspective.
After Oslo it took me some time to take on the Pentax again. Used in the Critical Mass in June but didn't take anything interesting and the only one that was good I managed to capture a bit of my hand somehow.
Then came late August and early September. Traveled to visit family in Portugal and took the Pentax with me. I still had at least 7 shots in the roll so I took it while me and my brother were walking Osaki the dog. Pretty happy with the result although the picture of my brother is a bit blurry.
Part 2 will come soon, I shot almost an entire roll of Kodak Gold in Portugal, just need to shoot 5 more pictures and develop this one. It's not summer anymore in Norway, but the last photos will be taken here.
